IMPACT Student Application

IMPACT Student Leadership is a premier program resulting from the partnership of the Hartselle for Tomorrow Foundation, and the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce. IMPACT is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in Morgan County. Open to 10th–12th grade students who are at least 16 years old in any school across Morgan County- including homeschools, faith-based schools, and both City and County school systems. The program provides a half-year-long journey of leadership development through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and community engagement.

Grounded in the belief that leadership is both learned and lived, IMPACT equips students with practical skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving while deepening their understanding of civic responsibility and the building blocks of a thriving community. Through monthly sessions, service projects, and interaction with business and community leaders, students explore real-world challenges, discover their unique strengths, and learn how their individual influence can drive positive change.

By the end of the program, participants emerge more confident, connected, and prepared to make a lasting difference—both today and in the future.
