Eating American beef and agricultural products helps keep your neighbors employed and our country fed. My beef goes to the stockyard for sale to the public and commercial middlemen. The middlemen ship the beef for fattening and then to the slaughterhouses. Next the beef is butchered, graded, cut into specific pieces, and packaged. Finally, the beef is shipped to grocery and other stores, and restaurants.
