The Ambassador program is led by an executive team that provides leadership, mentorship, and governance to the organization. To maintain the integrity of the program, Ambassadors are asked to participate on a regular basis in the following activities: Attendance at Ribbon Cuttings Staffing Chamber Events Recruiting new Chamber members Onboarding Chamber members Visiting new businesses in Hartselle Writing thank you notes Social Media Shares Attendance at Ambassador Trainings For accountability attendance will be kept by the executive team and a quarterly self assed report will be submitted. All Ambassadors are expected to attend a minimum of 6 Chamber Events, 10 Ribbon Cuttings, Quarterly Ambassador trainings (1st Wed of 1st month of quarter), and Depot Days (3rd Saturday in September).

Ambassador Fees

All Ambassadors are assessed an annual fee of $150 unless included in the membership package. The Chamber office will bill your business sponsor in January, unless otherwise instructed. Your sponsoring business name will be included on your nametag. If you are a returning Ambassador and need to replace your blazer, please mark below, and provide the size. It will be added to your January invoice. New HACC branded tee-shirts and nametags will be provided to new 2024 Ambassadors:

HACC will bill your business sponsor for items selected with your annual fee in January.
