2023 HACC Ambassador Application

The Ambassador Program is very popular and consists of volunteers selected from within the Chamber membership. Ambassadors serve a term of one calendar year, beginning in January of each year. Ambassadors can continue to serve after the one-year term if agreed upon by the Ambassador, his/her employer, and the Chamber.

What most motivates your to be an Ambassador? (check all that apply) *
The Ambassador program is led by an executive team that provides leadership, mentorship, and governance to the organization. To maintain the integrity of the program, Ambassadors are asked to meet a minimum of 200 points annually that the executive leadership team monitors monthly. Points are earned through activities such as: Attendance at Ribbon Cuttings (15 pts) Staffing Chamber Events (15 pts) Recruiting new Chamber members (5 to 10 pts) Onboarding Chamber members (3 pt/mbr) Visiting new businesses in Hartselle (5 pts) Writing thank you notes (5 pts) Social Media Shares (1 pt each) Attendance at Ambassador Trainings (15 pts) All Ambassadors are asked to attend a minimum of 6 Chamber Events, 10 Ribbon Cuttings, Quarterly Ambassador trainings (1st Wed of 1st month of quarter), and Depot Days (3rd Saturday in September).

Ambassador Fees
All Ambassadors are assessed an annual fee of $150 unless included in the membership package. The Chamber office will bill your business sponsor in January, unless otherwise instructed. Your sponsoring business name will be included on your nametag. If you are a returning Ambassador and need to replace your blazer, please mark below, and provide the size. It will be added to your January invoice. New HACC branded tee-shirts and nametags will be provided to all 2023 Ambassadors:
