IMPACT Student Leadership is a year-long program designed to help students in grades 10–12 (16+) discover their potential, build real-world leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact in their community. Throughout the program, students engage in hands-on workshops, mentorship opportunities, and interactive challenges that focus on self-discovery, communication, teamwork, and resilience. Participants learn how to identify their values and passions, develop confidence, collaborate with purpose, and apply their skills through service projects and civic engagement. The program also prepares students for life beyond high school with sessions on college and career readiness, advanced communication, and professional presentation, culminating in a final showcase where students highlight their growth and achievements. By participating in IMPACT, students gain the tools, experiences, and connections needed to step into leadership roles, make informed decisions, and positively influence the Hartselle community and beyond.
